Hold On
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths."

Proverbs 3:5-6

When darkness clouds the path you walk
Hold on, my friend, and pray.
With Jesus have a little talk,
Hold on, and soon He'll show the way.

When grave misgivings fill your life,
Hold on, my friend, to Jesus' hand.
When vision's dimmed by ill and strife,
Hold on, for soon you'll understand.

When angry billows o'er you roll,
Hold on, my friend, when hope is gone.
When fear and doubt grips firm your soul,
Hold on, my friend, hold on.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
Hold on, He loves and cares for you.
From His Holy Word do not depart,
Hold on, He'll always see you through.

Trust not in what seems right to you,
Hold on, for Christ is Truth and Light.
Acknowledge God in all you do,
Hold on to faith, live not by sight.
